She/her (I won't mind if you say 'they', though - I'm not strict about it)

Self-taught analogue and digital artist! I got into art through the Dynasty Warriors series, and I never quite left. You'll notice this portfolio has some pretty diverse looking work, even without my original/more professional pieces!

​

About this portfolio:

  1. This portfolio is almost solely for fan art/fun/experimenting with style.

    1. Sometimes my work veers into original territory, sometimes it's only tangentially fanart. You'll occasionally see my original work and fanart on either of my portfolios/social media.

  2. I try to keep my portfolios separate, so I generally will not share my other accounts' names publicly.

    1. ​That being said, I do occasionally show work from my other accounts as examples if we're talking about commissions and need examples.

  3. If you find my fan, original, or professional work somewhere and aren't sure if it's me, please let me know privately.

2024 note: Da, why did you stop drawing/posting your work?: It's been pretty tough for everyone these last few years! I developed a lot of anxiety about my own work, the act of creating, socializing with others, and perception of myself and my art. It got to the point where I pretty much didn't create anything or use social media for a long time. I'm slowly relearning the confidence and productivity I used to have.

Favorite Art Media to use: Charcoal, graphite, stamp carving, ink/pen/pencil and paper, digital tablet

Favorite Art Styles (in general): Photorealism, Persona/Catherine/Shin Megami Tensei series, Disney, Tim Burton, Studio Ghibli (especially food!), negative space, J.C Leyendecker, Alphonse Mucha, Hiromi Matsuo, comic books, art deco
